After preparing the complete Suspended html page, we go to the File Manager feature.
Next, we find the domain folder => suspended.
On this page, you will see a default index.html file delete this and upload your new Suspended site html files.
As my html page needs 3 files, I will need to upload all 3 files.
So it’s complete. From now on, if any user is suspended, the screen will show the html page you have configured.
However, it is only available to users owned by you. If the users are owned by other resellers, it is still the default site and the way to change is the same as above.
