In addition to direct payment for invoices, customers at AZDIGI have the option to pre-load funds into their account (known as account credit) for timely payment when needed. This provides convenience for customers who need to pay for services during holidays/festivals.
To top up your account, you need to have an account on AZDIGI’s service management page at https://my.azdigi.com/. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register here.
After logging in to the page https://my.azdigi.com, go to the Payment menu and select Top-up.
Then enter the amount you want to top up (minimum 200,000 VND) and choose the appropriate payment method.
After clicking on the Top-up button, the system will generate an invoice for you, and you can proceed to pay it as a regular invoice. Once the top-up invoice is activated, you will see the amount reflected in your account balance in the Payment menu.
Paying for services using account credit
Once you have funds in your account credit, you can use this balance to pay for invoices by accessing the invoice you want to pay at https://my.azdigi.com/clientarea.php?action=invoicesand then clicking on the (Apply Creditbutton in the invoice.
That’s it! You have successfully topped up your account and used the available credit balance to pay for invoices.
Some note:
- Preloaded account credit cannot be refunded or converted into cash.
- Preloaded account credit can be transferred to another account within AZDIGI.
- Affiliates can request to convert commission payments into account credit at AZDIGI for payment purposes.
