Refund conditions and procedures for AZDIGI services

Refund Conditions

AZDIGI applies the following refund policy:

Hosting

  • First 30 days: 100% refund
  • After 30 days: No refund

VPS

  • First 30 days: 100% refund
  • After 30 days: No refund

Domain

  • No refund after successful registration

SSL

  • Certificate not issued: 100% refund
  • Certificate issued: No refund

Request Deadline

To be considered for refund:

  • Request within the designated period for each service
  • Submit ticket with title: "Refund Request"
  • Provide reason for refund (optional for hosting 30 days)

Note: Requests after the deadline will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  1. Submit request: Create support ticket
  2. Verification: AZDIGI checks conditions (1 - 3 business hours during office hours)
  3. Approval: Result notification via email
  4. Execution: Refund within 5-7 business days

Required information:

  • Order ID / Invoice ID
  • Service name for refund
  • Bank account information (for cash refund)

Non-Refundable Cases

AZDIGI does not refund in these cases:

  • Terms of service violation
  • Account suspended for violations
  • Past refund deadline
  • Successfully registered domains
  • Upgraded/downgraded services
  • One-time setup fees
  • Addon services

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed via:

1. Account Credit (Preferred)

  • Instant credit to AZDIGI account
  • Use for other services
  • No fees

2. Bank Transfer

  • Time: 5-7 business days
  • Customer bears transfer fees (if any)

Note: Customers who paid via Apple Pay, VNPay, MoMo will receive refunds through the payment platform according to the platform provider's policies.
