Domain Service Terms

Domain names chosen by organizations or individuals for registration must ensure:

• No phrases that harm national interests
• Compliant with social ethics and national customs
• Demonstrate seriousness to avoid misunderstanding or distortion due to homonyms, multiple meanings, or when Vietnamese diacritics are not used

AZDIGI provides international and Vietnamese domain registration:

• International domains: .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz...
• Vietnamese domains: .vn, .com.vn, .net.vn...
• New domains: .shop, .online, .store, .tech...

Registration requirements:

• Accurate, complete registrant information
• ID card or Business License (for .vn domains)
• Active confirmation email

Domain renewal regulations:

• Renew at least 7 days before expiration
• After expiration, domain enters Grace Period (30-45 days)
• After Grace Period, domain enters Redemption (high fee)
• After Redemption, domain is released

Note: AZDIGI is not responsible for domain loss due to non-renewal.

Transfer In to AZDIGI

• Domain must be registered for over 60 days
• Unlock domain at current registrar
• Get EPP/Authorization Code
• Confirm transfer email

Transfer Out

• Request unlock via support ticket
• Receive EPP code via email
• Free transfer out

In case of domain disputes:

• AZDIGI follows ICANN's UDRP policy
• .vn domains follow VNNIC regulations
• Customers bear legal responsibility for trademark-infringing registrations

AZDIGI may suspend domains upon request from authorities.

Domain WHOIS information:

• Public information per ICANN regulations
• WHOIS Privacy available for international domains
• .vn domains: public information per VNNIC regulations

WHOIS Privacy: Hides personal information, replaced with AZDIGI's info. Additional fee may apply.

• Decree 72/2013/ND-CP dated 15/07/2013 by the Government on management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information
• Circular 24/2015/TT-BTTTT dated 18/08/2015 by the Ministry of Information and Communications on Internet resource management and use
• Circular 189/2010/TT-BTC dated 24/11/2010 by the Ministry of Finance on domain fees, collection rates, and management of national domain and Internet address fees in Vietnam
• Decree 27/2018/ND-CP dated 01/03/2018 by the Government amending Decree 72/2013/ND-CP on management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information
