Hosting Service Terms

AZDIGI Web Hosting provides website storage space on high-performance servers with features:

• High-speed NVMe SSD storage
• Unlimited bandwidth
• cPanel/DirectAdmin (Reseller Hosting, SEO Hosting)
• Free Let's Encrypt SSL
• Daily automatic backup
• Latest PHP versions support

Regulations for Unlimited Hosting plans:

• Web Hosting must not be used as storage or backup repository
• Accounts using excessive or unreasonable storage will be requested to reduce usage
• AZDIGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for storage resource abuse

Web Hosting is designed for website storage and operation, so the included email feature may not be optimized for email purposes. AZDIGI does not guarantee that Email on Web Hosting will work accurately and deliver stably. For frequent email needs, customers should use the Email Hosting service.

Additionally, we have the following email sending limits:

• Maximum 100 emails/hour/domain
• Bounce rate cannot exceed 30% of total hourly allowed emails
• Email queue cannot exceed 100% of total hourly allowed emails

The following content is not allowed on hosting:

• Content violating Vietnamese law
• Malware, viruses, malicious code
• Copyright infringing content
• Phishing, scam websites
• Pornographic content
• Proxy, VPN servers
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Spam email sending

Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Backup

AZDIGI performs daily backups kept for 7 days. However, customers are responsible for backing up important data themselves.

Security

• AZDIGI provides security measures: Firewall, Mod Security, Imunify360
• Customers are responsible for source code and password security
• Update CMS, plugins, themes regularly

Service may be terminated in the following cases:

• Expired and not renewed within 7 days
• Terms of service violation
• Non-payment of fees
• At customer's request

After termination, data will be kept for 30 days before permanent deletion.

• Decree 72/2013/ND-CP dated 15/07/2013 by the Government on management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information
• Decree 27/2018/ND-CP dated 01/03/2018 by the Government amending Decree 72/2013/ND-CP
• Decree 15/2020/ND-CP dated 03/02/2020 by the Government on administrative penalties in postal, telecommunications, radio frequency, information technology and electronic transactions
• Cybersecurity Law No. 24/2018/QH14 dated 12/06/2018
