Introduction

AZDIGI Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "AZDIGI", "we") presents to our customers ("You", "User", "Customer" or "Subscriber" - individuals or legal entities using our services) the terms of agreement for SSL Certificate services at AZDIGI.

By using AZDIGI's SSL Certificate services, customers agree to comply with the general terms of service and additional terms in this document.

SSL Service Provision

AZDIGI is a provider of SSL certificate registration services. We do not provide SSL certificate codes nor are we responsible for issuing certificates.

Certificates are verified and issued by Certificate Authorities (CA), including GeoTrust and other CAs, according to the SSL certificate registration services we provide.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing verification information and completing SSL certificate verification as required by the CA for each certificate type through AZDIGI's service control panel
  • For business-level certificates (OV SSL, EV SSL): preparing complete information to support business/organization verification as required by the CA

AZDIGI Responsibilities

AZDIGI is responsible for:

  • Activating SSL certificate registration service for customers within a maximum of 8 business hours after receiving payment
  • When customers use the SSL certificate verification and installation service, AZDIGI will perform the steps to verify the SSL certificate and install it on the customer's website

Note: We do not guarantee successful SSL certificate verification if the customer does not meet the verification standards for each certificate type.

Service Refund

AZDIGI will refund SSL Certificate services in the following cases:

  • Refund request within 10 days from registration date
  • Only applicable when the SSL Certificate has not been verified due to incorrect registration or inability to verify

Note: For registrations over 10 days, AZDIGI will not support refunds due to CA guarantee limitations.

Disclaimer

Customers agree that SSL Certificate services are guaranteed and issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (CA).

AZDIGI is completely exempt from liability regarding:

  • Damage compensation
  • Technical commitments
  • Product characteristics
  • Certificate issuance

If customers encounter issues, AZDIGI will assist in contacting the Certificate Authority for each service to request separate support and provide satisfactory responses.
