In case you need to change the service’s invoice cycle, for example, from monthly to annual payment, you can do it right on the dashboard instead of contacting the Sales Department. This feature can be applied to all Hosting and VPS services at AZDIGI.
To change the payment cycle, go to the service management section at https://my.azdigi.com/clientarea.php?action=services and select the service to change.
Then you click Change the service period as shown below and select the period to change.
After changing the service period, you click Renew service, so the system generates an invoice for renewal.
The system will generate an invoice for you and you can check your email for invoice information and payment instructions. As soon as payment is completed, your service will be automatically updated to the new expiration date according to the new billing cycle.
