Choosing the wrong VPS provider can cost you money, time, and even data loss. Constant website downtime, slow performance, unresponsive support… these are all common issues when renting VPS from unreliable providers.
This article compiles 8 VPS providers in Vietnam that are currently most widely used. Each provider is evaluated based on pricing, actual performance, technical support, data center location, and infrastructure technology. With both advantages and disadvantages, so you can consider based on your own needs.
If you’re not clear about what VPS is, you should read that article first before coming back here.
5 criteria for evaluating VPS providers

Before diving into each provider, it’s important to understand what criteria we’re comparing:
Pricing: Cheap doesn’t always mean good. You need to see what configuration comes with the price, whether there are hidden fees, and what the minimum payment cycle is. A VPS for 50k/month but requiring 6 months upfront still costs 300k initially.
Performance: What generation CPU (Xeon E5, Platinum, AMD EPYC), SSD SATA or NVMe storage, how much bandwidth. This creates the most noticeable difference when websites are under high load.
Data security: Does it have RAID-10? You need to ask clearly and confirm with the provider. Providers with very low prices using RAID-1 or even RAID-0 will have data loss risks if one hard drive on that VPS server fails, and this happens frequently.
Technical support: 24/7 support or only business hours? Is there live chat? How long is the response time? If your server has problems at 2 AM, can you contact anyone?
Data center location: VPS located in Vietnam will have much lower ping than Singapore or foreign countries. Some providers only have DC in HCMC, others have both HCMC and Hanoi.
Infrastructure technology: Type of storage (SSD SATA, SSD Enterprise, NVMe U.2), RAID configuration, virtualization (KVM, OpenVZ, VMware), network infrastructure (1Gbps or 10Gbps). These factors directly affect IOPS, latency, and long-term stability.

| Vietnix | ~89,000đ/month | SSD Enterprise | HCMC | 24/7 | Strong SEO blog, many promotions |
| Nhan Hoa | ~100,000đ/month | SSD | HCMC, Hanoi | Business hours + hotline | Longest established, diverse services |
| FPT Cloud | ~200,000đ/month | SSD/NVMe | HCMC, Hanoi | 24/7 enterprise | Big brand, good compliance |
| P.A Vietnam | ~150,000đ/month | SSD | HCMC | Hotline + ticket | Long-standing reputation, stable infrastructure |

Which VPS provider should you choose?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Different choices based on different needs:
Need high performance, full NVMe infrastructure, good support: AZDIGI is the most balanced choice. NVMe U.2 RAID-10 infrastructure in every package, 24/7 Vietnamese live chat support. Prices start from 79k/month with X-Platinum VPS line, or 99k with Cloud Server featuring High Availability.
Limited budget, need the cheapest VPS possible: ZoneCloud (50k/month) or DataOnline (54k/month). Tino.host also has packages from 20k but with very low specifications.
Large enterprises, need compliance and enterprise SLA: FPT Cloud. Higher prices but full security certifications and enterprise support.
Need to buy multiple services together (domain + hosting + VPS + SSL): Nhan Hoa or P.A Vietnam, two long-established providers with comprehensive service portfolios.

Frequently asked questions
Which VPS provider is cheapest in Vietnam?
Tino.host has packages from 20,000đ/month, ZoneCloud from 50,000đ/month, DataOnline from 54,000đ/month. However, the cheapest packages usually have very low specifications (512MB-1GB RAM), only suitable for learning or testing purposes. For real websites, you should choose packages from 79,000-100,000đ/month upward to have enough RAM and CPU for stable processing.
Which VPS is suitable for WordPress?
WordPress needs at least 1GB RAM, 1 vCPU and 10GB storage. AZDIGI’s X-Platinum VPS Turbo 2 package (139,000đ/month, 1 vCPU, 1GB RAM, 15GB NVMe, 1Gbps) is a balanced choice between price and performance. NVMe helps database read/write speeds much faster than regular SSD, making WordPress load noticeably faster.
Should I use VPS free trials?
Yes, if the provider offers it. DataOnline provides free trials, helping you check network speed, CPU/disk performance, and support quality before paying. Many other providers (AZDIGI, Vietnix…) have 30-day money-back policies, equivalent to conditional trials.
Which provider has the best support?
AZDIGI has 24/7 live chat directly on website, fast response and completely in Vietnamese. Tino.host commits to 5-minute response times. Vietnix also has 24/7 support. With FPT Cloud, support is good at enterprise level but individual customers may not get high priority. Nhan Hoa and P.A Vietnam mainly support via hotline and tickets, not always with live chat available.
