Terms of Service

Welcome to AZDIGI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web hosting, VPS, domain, and related services.

By accessing or using AZDIGI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms apply to:

• All customers using AZDIGI services
• All purchase and renewal transactions
• Use of website and customer management system
• Technical support services

For specific service types (Hosting, VPS, Domain, SSL), please refer to the individual service terms.

In these Terms, the following terms are defined as:

• "AZDIGI": AZDIGI Co., Ltd., the service provider
• "Customer": Individual or organization registered to use services
• "Service": Hosting, VPS, domain, SSL and related services
• "Account": Account registered on my.azdigi.com
• "Content": Data, files, websites stored on the system

4.1. Service Registration

To use the service, customers need to create an account with accurate and complete information. Customers are responsible for securing login credentials.

4.2. Payment

Services are prepaid according to the selected billing cycle. AZDIGI accepts payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets.

4.3. Service Renewal

Customers should renew before the expiration date to ensure continuous service. AZDIGI will send reminders 30, 7, and 1 day before expiration.

4.4. Service Termination

AZDIGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if customers violate terms of use or fail to pay on time.

4.5. Content Storage Regulations

In accordance with Decree 15/2020/NĐ-CP, AZDIGI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when customers store prohibited content including: content against the State, inciting violence, violating social ethics, infringing intellectual property rights, or false information affecting the reputation of other organizations/individuals.

5.1. Customer Rights

• Use services according to the registered plan
• 24/7 technical support
• Request refunds per refund policy
• Data protection per privacy policy

5.2. Customer Obligations

• Pay on time
• Not use services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Secure account information
• Comply with terms of use
