Affiliate Program Terms

AZDIGI applies a fixed 10% commission on order value for:

• New registration orders
• Service renewal orders

Commission applies to both new and existing customers referred through affiliate links.

Note: Some services may have higher commission rates during special promotional programs. AZDIGI will notify in advance when applying these programs.

AZDIGI allows affiliates to use all channels to promote our brand, images, and services to effectively reach users.

However, AZDIGI does not allow affiliates to use the keyword "AZDIGI" (or similar variations) for paid advertising services (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, etc.) as this is a protected trademark exclusively used for internal company purposes.

Affiliates can only withdraw from commissions that have been approved to "Current Commission" status.

When a partner successfully refers a customer:

• Commission will be labeled as "Pending Commission"
• Holding period: 40 days
• After 40 days, if the customer continues using the service → pending commission becomes withdrawable
• Commission will be cancelled if customer cancels the service

Once the withdrawable balance in the affiliate account reaches 1,000,000 VND or more, partners can withdraw by clicking the payment request button on the affiliate page.

• Payment method: Bank transfer
• Processing time: 1-3 business days

All partners withdrawing from AZDIGI are responsible for paying 10% Personal Income Tax as required by law when monthly income equals or exceeds 2,000,000 VND.

• AZDIGI will deduct directly from the withdrawal amount to pay on behalf of the partner
• If partner withdraws less than 2,000,000 VND: deduction will be applied to the next withdrawal in the month based on total withdrawn amount

For the first withdrawal, we will require partners to provide:

• Copy of ID card/Citizen ID
• Sign affiliate contract using AZDIGI's template

Note: Each partner only needs to submit this information once.
