How to create and use an email on CyberPanel

1. Overview

Currently, the use of email by domain is quite popular, and the control panel that supports creating and using directly free email by domain is very convenient for many users who use mail for basic purposes and don’t have much money to use paid email services.

In this article, AZDIGI will guide you on creating and using an email domain free and simple on CyberPanel control.

Note: For sending/receiving email, whether you use paid or free email, you must point the MX records to the mail server you are using.

• Record MX: Domain (@) => mail.yourdomain.com.
• Record A: mail.yourdomain.com => IP mail server (If the email is free, you point to the IP of the VPS).
• In addition, you also need to configure SPF and DKIM to authenticate outgoing emails with high trust.

2. Implementation guide

Step 1: Create an email domain

You access the CyberPanel admin page, if you don’t know how to access CyberPanel, you can refer to the following article:

• How to install CyberPanel on the CentOS server

After entering the admin page, access CyberPanel => Email => Create Email.

Next, fill in the following information:

• Select Website: Select the domain where you want to create an email for that website.
• User Name: Enter the email account to create (eg, kythuat@azdigi.cf)
• Password: You enter the password of the email (If you want to create a password automatically, click Generate)

After filling in all the information, click Create Email, if you receive the message Email with id : kythuat@azdigi.cf is successfully created. it has been created successfully.

Step 2: Use email

At the CyberPanel Cyber Panel admin page interface => Email => Access Webmail

And the webmail interface will be as shown, you proceed to fill in the previously created information.

After successful login, the webmail interface will be as shown below:
