Dear customers,
As you may already know, the Pro Hosting services previously supported Memcached, and services like Turbo Hosting and Business Hosting will now support Redis Cache to provide additional options for better acceleration and load reduction, especially for websites using WordPress, Joomla, Xenforo, and other source code.
Recently, AZDIGI has improved the Redis Cache feature used on Hosting services by using Unix socket instead of TCP (configuration via Redis IP and Port). Using Unix socket allows for 5 times faster processing speed compared to TCP.
Currently, all AZ Pro Hosting services have been integrated with the new AZ Redis and are ready for immediate use.

Upgrade AZ Redis on Turbo Hosting and Business Hosting services
Since the hosting servers for Turbo Cloud Hosting and Business Hosting (including Turbo Business Hosting) are currently using the old Redis system with TCP, AZDIGI will have a roadmap for upgrading to the new AZ Redis.
During the upgrade process, the old Redis feature will be unavailable, so we will send a direct email notification to customers to proactively turn off the old Redis and proceed with the migration.
If you require any assistance related to setting up Redis Cache, please contact our technical support department via email at support@azdigi.com or submit a ticket at https://bit.ly/azdigi-ticketkythuat for the fastest support.
